[HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT OF A PRIVATE MEDICAL ORGANIZATION].

The article deals with the issues of human resources management of a private medical organization. The author investigates the current state of the staffing of Russian healthcare: the provision of specialists in the healthcare system, professional motivation and prospects for the development of private medicine. In recent years, a system of private medical organizations has been formed in the Russian market of medical services, which provide medical care in parallel with state medical structures. Research in the field of human resource management in healthcare of a theoretical and practical nature shows that the problem of personnel shortage in the field of medicine is urgent and needs to be solved. One of the factors of insufficient staffing of medical organizations is the underinvestment of the healthcare industry over a long period and low preparedness for emergency situations and response to them, which has worsened under the influence of the rapid spread of the coronavirus pandemic. In conclusion, it is concluded that the main task of the effective functioning of a medical organization and the provision of high-quality medical services is the management of human resources. The purpose of this study is to consider the issues of human resources management of a private medical organization.

[On the Need for Psychological Support for Citizens in the Context of the COVID-19 Pandemic].

The article deals with issues related to the psychological support of citizens during the most acute periods of the COVID-19 pandemic. Even before the COVID-19 pandemic, global statistics on mental illness and disorders (including neurological and substance use disorders; suicide risk and related psychosocial and cognitive impairments) were already disappointing. In this connection, the world economy is suffering serious financial losses, and the social sphere is faced with the need to organize socio-psychological support and rehabilitation of citizens experiencing certain psychological problems. The purpose of this work is to present data reflecting the work of psychiatrists and psychologists in providing counseling and rehabilitation psychological assistance to citizens during the COVID-19 pandemic through indicators of the depth of anxiety of citizens who applied for appropriate services.

[Problems of implementing the concept of «lean polyclinic¼ in the practice of functioning of domestic polyclinic institutions].

The article considers the first steps of the Federal priority project «Lean polyclinic¼, which is taking place in the Russian healthcare system, aimed at organizing a new model of medical care and the problems that stand in the way of implementing a new concept in the practice of functioning of domestic polyclinic institutions. The purpose of the study is to identify the results of a Federal priority healthcare project that started in Russia in 2018 and is aimed at organizing a new model of medical care in Russia. The article notes that the process of organizing «lean production¼ should not begin with installations launched from above, but with identifying problems and finding optimal solutions in the workplace. To implement the concept of «Lean polyclinic¼ in the practice of functioning of domestic polyclinic institutions in each Russian polyclinic, it is necessary, first of all, to identify the list of problems that exist directly in this particular polyclinic. The results presented in the article of the study allow us to conclude that the concept of «Lean hospital¼ aims to find a solution to the main problems arising in the organization of primary health care system and shows the high efficiency of this system with the introduction of medical institutions to optimize the process of medical care.

[Development of the concept of «lean polyclinics¼].

The article considers the first results of the Federal priority health care project that began in 2018 in Russia, aimed at organizing a new model of medical care. The mechanism of operation of a perfect polyclinic from the point of view of lean production is formed and developed thanks to management decisions based on the principles of lean production, allowing to increase the efficiency of the health care system. Definition of technology "lean clinic", using basic tools and structuring of losses in the field of medicine, according to the methodology of lean production, along with the generalization of positive foreign experience of introduction of technologies of lean production in health and its adaptation in Russia, will create a comfortable environment for doctors, medical staff and patients. The article presents statistical and analytical data on the regional practice of implementing the concept of "lean polyclinic", as well as expert assessments that allow us to draw conclusions about the progress of the project.
